The past two weeks have been very nostalgic for me, i remembered all sorts! when life was all about eating, playing and Disney cartoons. I got to watch Aladdin again after about ten years..woww, the memories! and i even got more excited when i saw on twitter some days later that it was a trending topic, apparently it was showing on HBO in the United States at that moment, and lots of people were carried away like i had been and in the words of one of them "they just dont make them like that anymore and thats sad" i agree! after that i played all the disney songs i had all my computer, even music from Annie. oooh i loved that night!
Well i said all that to get to this, some days ago still in the Nostalgic air, i ran the Snes Emulator on my PC ( i have over a 100 ROMs) picked Aladdin. I'm ashamed to say it was a struggle playing it, i couldnt get past the beginning in the Cave of wonders! WHAT!? A gamer like me, aaah!!. I then picked Super Mario World and there i got stuck at Donut Plains 1, i always got hit by the flying Koopas or the baseball dude, i couldnt believe this, and i started to wonder. Have i really lost it. .have i now crossed the river styx of gaming, have i been banished from Gamers Paradise :(
hehe, i may be over reacting, but from one who prides herself to be a gamer, omo no be small things o, i just downloaded Mario Kart ROM, im going to "TAN" that one now, i must still have IT somewhere now, barrack come barrack go, Soldier remain....lol

Lol.
I agree, the don't make em like they used to. I was indulging in the theme music o 80's cartoons the other day on You Tube, and was recently watching some classic movies from the 50's and 60's. Annie is right up there as one of my fav musicals, along with 7 Brides for 7 Brothers.
As for the game. Mario Kart was one of my favs.
Nostalgia is one of my guilty pleasures.:)
Theme music..oh yeah, Voltron n co, lol
